Our firm handles lawsuits for Holocaust survivors and their heirs. The company specializes in clarifying the fate of victims of Nazi persecution in World War II.

These investigations can be very extensive and span various archives around the world. We search the archives and collect information about the lives of Holocaust survivors before, during and after the persecutions.

The information obtained during the research work was carefully examined. We use in-depth knowledge of German law to check whether there are grounds for a claim. In many cases, the heirs of Holocaust survivors who died many years ago do not believe they deserve money from Germany.

We can proudly say that we have so far won around 3,700 lawsuits (!) before German authorities and courts.

המידע שהתקבל בעבודת המחקר נלמד בקפידה. מתוך היכרות מעמיקה עם החוק הגרמני, אנו בוחנים אם יש עילה לתביעה. במקרים רבים, יורשים של שורדי שואה שנפטרו לפני שנים רבות, לא מעלים בדעתם שמגיעים להם כספים מגרמניה.
